Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return window for eligible items. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with proof of purchase.

Made-to-Order Items
All of our products are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size, color selection, or buyer’s remorse.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@wjmapparel.com. We will gladly replace the item at no additional cost.

How to Request a Return
To start a return, contact us at support@wjmapparel.com. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds
If a return is approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after inspection.
